Hardformat

I’m featuring these three 12″s here in the news section because I don’t actually own a copy of them – they were a limited edition of 300. So these images are courtesy of the extremely useful Discogs.com. snd aren’t exactly prolific, but what they release is delightfully minimal, rigorous and elegant – aspects that are reflected in these gorgeous labels. The Blir CD (a snd alias released on Alva Noto) is also well worth hearing. Though I don’t have this, I will be doing a post on their debut CD, endearingly called makesnd cassette.
