This is the second and, to date, final collaboration between Autechre and The Hafler Trio. The packaging is delicate and utilises a variety of different papers to achieve a strongly tactile experience. There’s an interesting tension in the relationship between the refined presentation and the unpredictable, unsettling music. |

i assume you’re aware the third & final collaboration betwee ae & h3o will be released in the summer?
No I wasn’t. Will be interested to see it.
I think this should read A.M. McKenzie for ‘designer’
I think you’re right. I’m amended the credit.
devoted to this realease. autechre and hafler trio are masters of dark idm. in *æo³ and ³hæ* are presented some of most gloomy notes of an entire age. the packaging in this case adequately valorize the music industry transformation made by the revolution of its intensity. an year later borns *26 mixes for cash* by Aphex Twin wich can be considered the Odissey of a genre finally free from commercial purposes that musically forced the techno up to that point. the artwork of RDJ last great and disperatly entusiastic creation by the “King” was simply genial!
