Notes Lovesliescrushing’s music to these novice ears sounds distantly related to Robin Guthrie’s work with Cocteau Twins. The linking to the imagery of birds makes for an intuitive leap. The use of bright colours and light wood expands the sense of the music into spring and summer and plays against expectations in a really pleasing way.

  1. Looks to me like it’s the coolest “CD pressing plant” I’ve ever seen (more art than plastic) very nice, great music as usual.

  2. This was definitely one of last year’s highlights for me – both the lovely paraphernalia as well as the even more lovely music. This has long has a prominent spot on the CD shelves – would love to buy more music contained in wooden boxes!
