Notes I found this in the Richmond, North Yorkshire branch of Oxfam, my late father’s adopted hometown. It’s a great source of books and other stuff. I wonder whether this once came with a folded sheet of details, if so it’s long gone by now. Of course the best detail is the note on the reverse:

This tape is recorded at a characteristic of 120 microseconds.

Who could argue with that? I’m afraid I don’t even know the name of this particular format, except that it would have been played on a reel-to-reel tape machine. I’m thinking it’s from the ’60s, the track titles look from about that time though I haven’t checked.

The design is pretty bare bones, but I think it’s got its own charm because of that.

- Tristan Perich – 1-Bit Music

  1. I do agree with all the ideas you’ve introduced in your post.
They are very convincing and can definitely work.
Nonetheless, the posts are very short for newbies. May
you please prolong them a little from next
    time? Thanks for the post.
